Dogs belong in rural exurbs, not in cities and inner ring burbs

The kids slept on air mattresses in the living room. Our Golden was so happy. He loved everyone being in the same room, long walks with new things to see and being in a smaller space.

They adore everyone being together. Pack animals.

DD rescued a small dog that been living inside a crate with other dogs for months. Injured, abused, neglected. The dog now lives in her apartment and has more space than it ever had and gets 3 walks a day. So apartment life is a huge improvement in this dog's life. I'm sorry if you'd rather the dog die in misery.

The barking, lack of exercise, lack of sun, their paws on blazing hot sidewalks and pavement, only able to go outside a coupe of times a day to quickly go the bathroom (often after holding it in for a hours), and the poop and pee they leave everywhere in the city or on everyone else's small front yard.

Thank god your 'thoughts' are not gospel.

Spoken like someone who has no idea about how rural folks treat dogs.

That's dumb. I've seen the way dogs are treated all over the world. It can cruel and horrible. Shouldn't group all rural people into one of your little ideas.
