Population of LA is about 4 million. Going to need 80-100k troops to occupy LA. Do not think local natural guard from California will work. Too much ties to the communities. Guess you will have to bring in national guard from Texas. Those guys have been indoctrinated to hate California. They will be all excited to shoot some Californians. Wonder what other states and cities will resist and require more troops. It will definitely be a hostile occupation zone. Hate to be a republican or Fox News reporter in LA/Orange county. Local and state police will have to make a choice.

This will require a large percentage of the active duty military soon enough. Though 184,000 Californians are on active duty. Thats over 10% of the force. Will have to remove those people from the occupation force.

This statement would be hilarious if things weren’t so dangerous. They claimed demonstrators “remained peaceful.” Either totally clueless or deliberately lying. I believe it’s the latter. The police chief issued a statement earlier that they would not help federal agents enforce the law. That was a signal to all thugs that they were free to riot and destroy property with no fear of arrest. It won’t be a good look for the police chief when someone gets killed.
