Why are people so obsessed with where these kids are from? Will it make you feel better if they're not from VA? It's not as though you're able to build a wall to stop all interstate travel, so focusing on where they're from seems pretty pointless. And if you really believe that VA has no criminals who live within VA's borders, you're just being delusional.
