Did any Oak hill students get the result?

My Navy student got his yesterday. I hope they post on SIS as well because he didn’t even bring the letter home. He did really well, so it would be nice to see the letter they got.

I received DD’s report by mail and it said that even though the cut off score don’t count but “ It’s one of the data point “. Any teachers out there could say what does the data point means ?

Teacher here. The IAAT is a better data point than the SOL for Algebra readiness. The IAAT tests number sense and fluency. The SOL tests content. The 91 cut off was right. Maybe 90… but still. FCPS is shooting themselves in the foot with this decision.

PP - Being said that IOWA will still be considered as one of the data point. Will it afffect the Algebra 1 hons entry if IOWA score is anyless than 91%?

We just got ours by mail. I know it’s not being used for algebra placement this year (why?) but was it 91st percentile or 91% score that was the cutoff? Thanks!

It was 91 percentile NPR. It was not the percentage of correct answers.

Another teacher here. Honestly, I wish it was by teacher recommendation. Literally every kid who should be taking Algebra 1 next year did well on IOWA. I knew by October who those kids were.

DD's report has two percentiles ,the NPR 96% and the student % correct - 92 %, so which is one is the actual percentage of score ?
