I don’t think it takes years to get there. I am 49 and working with a great trainer monthly went from zero deadlift to about 90lbs in less than a year. If I had been seeing her weekly and was more focused on deadlifting more, I probably could have gotten to at least 1.5x my body weight within the year. |
