Is it brave? Not 1 BRYC coach in the slate.

It’s actually a mclean coaching slate. CW. DB. JA. JW. Four of the six have history with mclean. Two of the six come from Vienna—MV and MB.

Who is Jaon? Looks like he was coaching girls soccer at McLean and now an ECNL coach? Is he a good coach?

Continuing the long BRYC tradition of parent coaches. Multiple daughters in the program.

JA is an excellent coach, wouldn’t consider him a parent coach although he does have a couple of daughters at FVU. Oldest one is off playing at FSU, yes, THAT FSU. Great success story. He’s a tough and committed coach. Wish my DD’s team had him instead of DB.

Ok coach. Not a great person. Reinvented himself into a recruiting/social media role after being chased out from a higher level coaching role in McLean.

What does it mean to have 3 coaches for a team? Do they rotate and split time at training and games? I fear they are putting multiple names to appease everyone and then will pull a bait and switch later.

You must have a younger kid. There is pages and pages on Jaon on DCUM and many more posts that have been removed by the admin. Good coach, complex and difficult person.

Confirmed.

Oh for sure. CW isn’t gonna coach all those teams.

I would have liked to see JA with the 2012s and 2011s.

Bingo, they just put all the names on there to trick parents into thinking it's a robust coaching slate... Brave 2.0

This is no different than the way it is this current year. Each team has a head coach, and 1-2 other coaches, but head coach remains head and does all trainings and games.
