Both can be wrong but only Kelce’s behavior was criminal. He needs to face a criminal charge for this.

Both are in the wrong, but Kelce is the only criminal. And the boy isn’t famous with TV, endorsement and podcast contracts — you can commit robberies on tape and use gay slurs if you’re famous.
