There are plenty so good arguments for whole milk over skim: especially for kids and teens. Vitamins absorb better with whole milk, it slows insulin release, and it satiates. |

By great, he is just glad your kid is drinking milk and not soda. But it isn’t better than whole milk. I don’t know anyone under 50 that drinks skim milk, it’s very 1990s idea of healthy. |

Just stay clear of foods that might cause acid reflux. Fried foods, fatty foods and pizza can cause problems if you eat them right before bed. Kids get acid reflux too. |

Well since you don’t know anyone under 50 who drinks skim milk I guess it’s true. 🫥 If you’re not diabetic I don’t think you have to worry about insulin releases. And skim milk is still popular and is a preference of many people of all ages. I personally hate whole milk, I prefer skim milk, it’s not so thick. |
