Which schools call and send swag?

Lab School had people hand deliver a bag of swag. I thought it was a really nice personal touch.

I must be the only one who hates the swag. Cheap stuff printed with school logos or emblems with the box padded out with that crinkly paper. Socks, keychains, sunglasses. All the cheapest plastic possible. It really makes me cringe.

Same. Like, please just send my kid one Champion hoodie with school name, and be done with it.

Milton sent a beautiful swag box, including challah for Friday night Shabbat dinner.

Also, if your kid isn't going to attend the school, what do you do with the branded items? Feels wasteful. SJC sent a sticker which was about all I wanted.

Agree 100%! We don’t want more cheap stuff. Found the SJC sticker and relevant material to be just right.

Well…..Bullis send under armor swag.

We received a call when our daughters were accepted for 4th and 3rd grades.

Does Holton call every accepted student or just upper school? That's a lot of phone calls to make in one day! 3rd grade alone usually has 20-30 acceptances depending on the year.

Yeah, it was pretty nice. Even if our kid does not end up going there, we are going to use every single thing that they sent.
