Kind of another "It's time to go to bed, Grandpa" moment. He's having one after another these days. |
All of his speeches are now just random sentences and words strung together to try to get to an applause line (which has noticeably declined). |

Good column on this here:
“But when Trump says it—it’s not like it’s nothing. But the reaction doesn’t begin to compare to what the reaction would be in either of my hypotheticals.” https://newrepublic.com/article/178288/trump-haley-pelosi-media-2024 |

Jan. 22, 2024 ramble rant by Trump about changing names of gifts where we "won ward.". What's more. He says some people don't like this.
https://news.yahoo.com/trump-chooses-absolutely-baffling-topic-090905507.html The former president went off on a tangent -- and people are very confused. |
Lordy! Gifts should be Forts. I'm writing like Trump talks! |
Thanks for the link. Reading his quotes in full you can see how much he’s lost in just four years. He’s trying to get a harangue going about the renaming of military bases from Confederate traitors to actual American heroes, but he’s just too far lost. He’s got so much further to go, but you can see how far gone he is. Also interesting is to see the talking heads explain what he meant and then respond to that instead of pointing out that unless you already knew what Trump was talking about, he’s incoherent. |
| Those of you who were stationed in Fort This or Fort That: How do you feel about them having been renamed? |
| How is Trump going to debate if he can’t string a coherent sentence together right now? |
There will be no coherent debates between these two elderly people. |

Exactly. Sad state of affairs in American politics. |
He never really debated in 2020 or 2016; he more or less made the same garbage points he was making elsewhere. I assume he’ll be shamed into debating Biden once and then in front of a national audience his issues will be visible to those who watch. The Republican among them won’t care. |
Has anyone ever heard Trump make any cogent statements or substantive policy points? |

If the people want bigger government then they should pay for it. |
