He’s trying to get a harangue going about the renaming of military bases from Confederate traitors to actual American heroes, but he’s just too far lost. He’s got so much further to go, but you can see how far gone he is. Also interesting is to see the talking heads explain what he meant and then respond to that instead of pointing out that unless you already knew what Trump was talking about, he’s incoherent.
