She can be good at retail politics and timing, if only she could have agency bureaucracies competently managed. Her appointment seems one that EVERYONE can be in favor of, including the pro-gun control Council and pro-victim Pinto and Bonds. In addition, the appointee brings a level of expertise that the Council appointee does not.
