I haven’t seen anyone list a supper expensive car. Do you think $2.5m is super expensive for a house? It’s all relative.

Highlander. It's a great car. I previously had a Ford Edge(never again) and a Nissan Quest. Had the minivan for 12 years until it was totaled. Kids are in college now, so the SUV is perfect.

drove a minivan for 17y.

now a 2018 CRV (and miss the convenience of the minivan.)

Honda Odyssey FTW! Sienna is great too.

I think it's pretty unbeatable in terms of family friendly and reliability and price. Now if you have loads of money and want to get a Land Rover instead (a terrible financial choice, but will look cook if that's what you want) go on ahead.

Pilots of just mini-vans without the convivence. Everyone still knows you're a suburban mom .

RAV4 prime (plug in hybrid). I get 50 electric miles on a full charge, so I drive full electric Monday - Friday. Weekend sports game mileage typically pushes me to hybrid. I fill my tank once a month.

I don’t care about an extra row. We survive

We have a Land Rover Defender. There are reasons to drive one beyond carpooling, as it will do things that a minivan won't. And since our annual income is seven figures, it's not really a terrible financial choice other. To each their own for their needs.

What do you need to do beyond carpooling and trips to Whole Foods?

Most off road enthusiasts would never choose a Land Rover over Land Cruiser. I’m curious as to the use case for a Land Rover beyond the luxury finish and brand.

A boring but reliable 2012 Honda Odyssey. 170K miles. I don't see it dying any time soon.
