It seems American women are not has highly rated vs foreign women

Whereas American men are rated higher than foreign men

Yet everywhere on this forum and in the media we hear about “male crisis”

What gives?

It seems to me the market value of American men is underrated from the responses of the two threads and American women are overvalued in the market

It's perfectly consistent. American women are only talking about American men that they will even deign to give the time of day. It's the men that aren't even on their radars that are in crisis.

There are a lot of American men who are deep in addictions to their electronics, drugs, alcohol, sex. Freedom creates more addicted people. It's impossible for women to get them out of their addictions to even start a relationship. Maybe these people would be ok for a relationship but they are married to their addiction instead.

Any thoughts on why that is?

Women are more receptive to courting in other countries.

I'm an American man. I've had this conversation with several foreign women. Many have told me they find most American men insufferably boring and narrow minded, but I count as "foreign" because I'm from a city (not the suburbs) and I'm Jewish. At the same time, I've met a lot of foreign women who think the men from their own countries are entitled jerks. Basically, I've met a lot of foreign women who aren't very satisfied with men. Come to think of it, the American women say pretty much the same thing (while wearing less stylish clothes).
