NOPE, neither one of us can do it over here.

This would make a great TikTok challenge. |
Agree! Plus flexibility. My DH could not do it as well. He looked perplexed as he tried. I’m low to the ground (short) and flexible and popped right up. |
| Yes, I can. 57F, I do barre and also lift weights. |
Yeah I'm going to guess this is like the wolf turn in gymastics where it favors people who are not only strong, but also short. |
Yes, easily. Also a daily yoga practicer, in my 40s, been doing yoga for 20 years. |
I have a 35” inseam and couldn’t do this even though I work out 90 minutes a day 5 days a week, so I have to wonder if there’s something to this… |
| 48, I'm tall and do yoga and can pretty easily do this. But that said, I'm in terrible shape and couldn't run a mile, so I think the predictive value of just this exercise is pretty... limited. |
My guess is poor core strength here, not your inseam. |
Same, also a tall yoga doer who can easily do this, but also someone who literally can't run a mile anymore. |
What is a PP? |
| PP= previous poster |
| Yes.. 55 here. |
| I can't but DH can if he rocks for momentum does that count? I have to use 1 hand. |
Yeah, why is this predictive? Has the logic been spelled out, since many fit people can’t do it? I’m just raising my eyebrows a bit… |
