I love the brand Ratio and specifically the Ratio Protein yogurt. It has 25 grams of protein.

Two things from previous comments:

1. Collagen may not be a complete protein but it is a protein and she isn’t consuming only collagen as her protein all meals.

2. Vegetarians have to eat a lot food to hit 100 grams a day. My hat off to you because I couldn’t do it.

Pre-workout smoothie with Fairlife milk and almond butter

Post workout smoothie - includes 1 scoop protein powder

breakfast - 2 eggs plus 1/2 cup liquid egg whites (from carton) with Ezekial bread

lunch - quinoa with tuna/salmon or chicken

dinner - pick a protein

Those were just my protein sources - I add in plenty of vegetables

Nothing, I just always made muscles easily. I do pull ups now, not full unassisted, with aid, within a couple of days, abs back in place.
