Yep they will give unemployment to anyone. My SC relative does there and gets it whenever he’s laid off (often).

The schools in those select towns and cities aren't technically segregated; it's the towns and cities themselves. Doesn't take much to look at places like Springfield, Holyoke, Southbridge, Lawrence, and Brockton and recognize the stark demographic differences, huge disparities in wealth, and school performance compared to surrounding towns.

But, it works for the people who want to learn and live a quiet lawful life so they must be doing something right!

I walk around DC all the time. I have several 5-7 mile loops that I walk several times a week. I never feel remotely threatened. The overwhelming majority of DC crime is hyperlocal and related to other crime like drug dealing rivalries.
