| I have been traveling a lot recently and have gotten it 3-4 times in the past month (which is more than I’ve been in years, I’m usually a Starbucks person). I’ve had their coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I like that they don’t price gouge at the airport, coffee is reasonable (I don’t find it to be better or worse than Starbucks), and the egg and cheese sandwich is actually quite good. I do think the standalone locations feel a little more gross/“fast food-y” than your typical Starbucks, but I can deal. |

Before coffee shops proliferated, my I 95 travels depended on DD coffee. It was better and the donuts were fresh. Been a while.
It’s a rare day I get a good coffee at Starbucks. |
| Who is going to try the new chicken and roasted pepper wrap? Looks good. |
| DD is ok in a pinch. I often do the grilled cheese if I’m on the way to my dd’s after school activity, if I’m hungry. I used to love the iced tea but it’s been giving me the runs so stopped. |

Dunkin is horrendous
— Life-long New Englander |
| I like the donuts and wake up wraps, coffee is inferior to Starbucks. I can’t go into get coffee without buying a donut so it’s better to avoid altogether. |

I grew up outside of Boston. I spent untold hours in high school hanging out in various 24-hour Dunkin Donuts, sitting around for hours with drunk friends nursing a single coffee or smoking in the parking lot. I also worked at DD my last two years of high school.
I moved to the Midwest many years ago and haven't had Dunkin Donuts in years, except the stray coffee occasionally in an airport or off the highway. But Dunkin Donuts will always have a special place in my heart. I even still have my old uniform

I love a good donut. Unfortunately, that’s not Dunkin. However, these days it’s basically Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. Dunkin is passable, but Keispy Kreme is greasy, almost to the point of being soggy, so I opt for Dunkin.
I really miss Mister Donut from my childhood. |
| Their hot tea is awful. And, they always put the milk in first and then add and tea bag last! This makes a weak tea because the cream is in the filter. |
Yes, the days of “time to make the donuts” are long over. And it’s annoying that the ones in Jersey don’t have Taylor Ham/pork roll (fight!) for breakfast sandwiches. But they are still way better than Starbucks. |
| Their iced coffee is watered down. The only other thing I occasionally have there is a breakfast sandwich which is a good airport breakfast before an early morning flight, but that's about all I use it for. |
| LOVE the iced coffee with cream and sugar. I’ll take it over Starbucks every day of the week |
| Their coffee is fine, their donuts are stale cardboard, and their breakfast sandwiches are so nasty they make the 7-11 grab and go look gourmet. |

I've never loved Dunkin' coffee, but it isn't usually as stale as Starbucks. Their breakfast croissant wasn't terrible when there was nothing else while we stayed at a miserable hotel. Donuts were fine, definitely not stale.
