Why do you like or not like Dunkin’?

I like the coffee and am fine with the doughnuts. I really don't like Krispy Kreme.

Their doughnuts always seem stale/at least a day old. Didn’t used to be that way in the “time to make the doughnuts” days.

I think the coffee is decent enough. I slightly prefer it to Starbucks drip coffee. I don't like the donuts at all. They taste stale and artificial.

Donuts are okay. I like the coffee when I want something light and a little sweet. Their bagels are THE WORST.

I'm not a coffee fan, but I enjoy their iced green tea. I get a medium (24 oz) for $2.49 (it was $1.99 for years including most of the pandemic until last summer). A grande (medium 16oz) iced green tea at Starbucks is $3.65!

I'm not a fan of donuts. I have tried some of their other food options when they have freebies in the app but I have yet to find anything that I like. It all tastes like gross microwaved frozen food.

Their coffee is usually good(I drink regular black) and the donuts are usually good too but if you are buying later in the day they may have been sitting for several hours.

I think the food is awful. I do like their regular hot coffee, with cream.

I always treat myself to a flavored, iced coffee on every road trip. I typically drink my coffee black so it's a nice, sweet treat!

I would only get Dunkin coffee (plain black) if I had no other choice.

I would rather go somewhere else for my semi-annual donut. If I were really hungry, I think they have bagels? They have nasty breakfast sandwiches so I would avoid anything involving an egg.

The other day I went to get a large unsweetened tea with no ice and they wanted to charge me for no ice. Most places do it with no problems.

I dislike the breakfast sandwiches. I think the coffee is OK, but not when they automatically give it to you sweetened.

The donuts are meh.

I got a hankering for donuts the other Saturday and was up uncharacteristically early. At 6:15, the 7-11 was closed. Their glazed yeast donuts are acceptably good and some of their other stuff is good (apple fritters). Since they were closed, I headed to Breads Unlimited (Fantastic donuts). But they were closed. I googled and the Dunkin in bethesda was open. I got donuts and a coffee. The coffee was weak, and the donuts were very stale tasting, along with a poor texture and too much artificial flavoring for my taste. No thanks.

+ 1. I get a large of this with a splash of lemonade and it is pretty good and cheaper than most other places.

Do they gripe about this special order? That sounds really good. OP can't believe they charged you for NO ICE. That's crazy. Has anyone else encountered that ever, anywhere?

I really like to (as a treat) order a coffee with cream and sugar. If I don't do it myself, it's like I'm not responsible for it and the calories don't count.

I don't like donuts.

Their workers are always working really hard, I have noticed. I really like all the workers in my area.

Nope! At least not at the Dunkins I have gone to.

Love me some Dunkin iced coffee. I drink it all the time. Don't like donuts and don't care for their other food, in general.
