Their brains are not fully developed. Neither is yours.

They’re old enough to join the military, drink (abroad), get a mortgage, get student loans, open a credit card, go to college and work full-time.

Not old enough to rent a car.

Therefore, her age is really 29. Okay, you.

Yeah, they should instead fry their brains with booze and hookup culture through their teens and 20s. As we see with all the jaded women on this forum, that's a recipe for success...

Because not getting me married at 19 means doing all the things pp listed.

Or go to college and not drink and hookup. Guess that’s not a concept that you can wrap your head around.

My 21 y/o DD stayed in a hotel room last fall at 20 for 6 days by herself without our assistance in organizing or paying. She also stayed in an AirBnB for 7 weeks over the winter for an internship that she also booked on her own & paid for.

So cars are the exception.

That’s a recipe for a successful marriage right there.

My 17 year old spent 5 days at home alone. Maybe they should meet and start making wedding plans.

She's not the typical 19yr. old. She has been working for many year and worth about 14 million.

Jake Bonjovi is super cute... They've been dating for 3 years. I would go for it too!

Cause those are all the makings of a solid marriage.

NP. Being attracted to each other, in love, financially solvent, and apparently treating each other well, with a couple years of seriously dating each other under their belts…don’t see the problem.

You’re an idiot.

Lay out an actual argument why they would be incapable of a solid marriage.

Are you that obtuse? Their age being a glaring one.
You are dumber than a box of rocks.

Thanks, Wine Grandma. I’ll be sure to take your opinion under careful consideration 😂

It is. Being independent, organized & financially savvy are great traits to bring to a marriage.

Maybe they don't want kids. I loved telling people like you "Actually, I'd kill myself if I got pregnant and couldn't get an abortion; I hate kids and never want any" when I was married and didn't have any. Stay out of other people's uteruses and family planning.

That's unfortunate. Clearly, you would have been a wonderful mother.

+1. Although I appreciate her candor because it reveals the caliber of bitter hags spamming these forums.

Why do you hope this? It's very strange to be invested in the reproductive choices of absolute strangers. Frankly it suggests a pathology.

They are NOT strangers!

They are celebrities; a fact to which you seem aloof.

You are a weirdo, PP.

Oh, really? She’s not a stranger? So if you rushed up to her on the street and said, “hey, it’s so nice to see you!” she wouldn’t look at you blankly like “who the hell is this?” Yes, she would. That’s a stranger.
