Radford does have a nice sounding name.


I was surprised how much I liked it when we took my daughter for a program in summer 2021. It gets badmouthed so much, but the campus is very nice. It has the programs my child is looking for, and will likely be one of her top choices next year.

Northeastern is such a cool name because culture and sophistication increase in the US as you go north and east. Besides the university moved away from NEU to henceforth being called NU, as in new or novel. That can’t hurt, though it eclipses the other directional school that has claims to NU.
