Nope. People have different tastes.

Nope. Ppl will criticize anything and claim it’s bc of different taste.

What exactly do you think different tastes mean?

I think for you it means, “I’m crotchety and will complain about anything and everything.”

+1

All of the commercials are targeting our generation too. I guess bc us 40+yr olds have the disposable income the advertisers are seeking?

Crypto isn't aimed at y'all.

Crypto is evidence that P.T. Barnum was right.

How come no East Coast rappers?

I loved it, and I’m 54.

Loved when Eminem took a knee. Apparently the NFL had told him not to.

The west coast is the best coast? Em is from Detroit.

I'm the PP who was excited about MJB but didn't "get" the lineup. I still don't to be honest.

MJB was puffy/andre harrell's discovery. i know she worked with Dre on the No More Drama album (which is why i guess she sang that song instead of REAL LOVE)... but did they have her just to have a female artist on stage?

Snoop and Em are always a good time. Not a 50 fan, LOVED seeing Pulitzer Prize winning Kendrick Lamar, Anderson Paak always makes me smile (i know he and Bruno will be play-fighting about who had the better Super Bowl Halftime drum solo).

I'm 40 and all of these artists mean something to me. Not necessarily my favorites, or even my favorite halftime show, but this was a moment for me. I enjoyed it overall.

Now, to look for proper MJB concert tickets so I can enjoy her catalogue.

50 cent.

They could have brought Mos Def to duet with Mary J (Dre produced their duet).

It doesn’t matter. He and Em were signed by Dre. Everyone knows about East West history.
