Julia Berolzheimer - wealth

Haha, agree with all of this.

They’ll get it though and probably over asking because she has so many ardent fans.

No just anorexia:

I wouldn’t jump to that conclusion. She is in her 30s. I feel like this is when, if you aren’t gaining weight and heavier than in your 20s (and pre kids), the natural decrease in facial fat and subcutaneous fat becomes more obvious- especially if you had even a mild lose of weight like 5-10 lbs.

I agree. I've always been slim, but dropped maybe 7 lbs after I was done nursing my youngest (age 38 at the time). I look quite thin, but I am healthy, eat well, and don't restrict my diet in any way. I've maintained this weight even now through age 50. Some people are just naturally thin.

Same here. I looked at some photos from a few years ago and my face shape is very different despite being the same weight on the scale. Sigh aging.

Re: Julia and her weight loss.

I used to follow her back in the day before her style changed so completely to oversized caftans and fussy grandma decor. She used to get a lot of critical comments about her weight, asking if she was pregnant when she wasn’t, etc. I remember she did a photo shoot once with a couple other big bloggers at the time (Rachel Parcell and Amber Fillerup). They both wore revealing bikinis while Julia opted for a one piece plus a coverup. I think she’s a typical apple shape that carries extra weight in her tummy and she was sensitive about that. She did not have the abs that Rachel or Amber did at the time.

Anyway, she admitted a few times since then how much that kind of thing - getting questions about being pregnant when she wasn’t - upset her. So I do think her weight loss is purposeful and probably natural (started before the Ozempic craze).

But how many of her ardent fans can afford an 8M home? I agree it's beautiful and the street is lovely too (her house is blocked on street view). I don't think it matters much that it's not on the water or in downtown based on that location.

Looks like her home that they just renovated is on the market.
Should sell quickly with the housing market the way it is

Wondering where they are moving to.

Interesting since I do think she’s worn a couple more revealing pieces this past year that felt not typical Julia style.

Anyone notice her weight loss more recently? Could it be ozempic?

Really?? She was already so skinny. (I don’t follow her anymore)

I just looked and she looks the same scary skinny as she has in the past. I hope she gets the help she needs.
I am wondering if they never sold their house though? It looks like the same place.

She doesn’t look scary skinny. She just has volume loss from her face, which is well..how aging goes.

She had killer abs in one photo a few weeks ago. I don’t think it’s Ozempic, I think she works out hard.

I think it’s the same house too but she redecorated.

They have procedures now for toned abs. I’m certain it’s not naturally just working out lol. The things people believe.
