| Once a player, always a player? Why or why not? |
| True. Because it’s their personality. They either can’t settle down or be happy with what they have. Or the have narcissistic tendencies |
|
Always.
Let's see - "Once someone shows you who they are, believe them." "A leopard doesn't change its spots." I won't go on. A dog of a guy I know, used to play around on his wife all the time about 20 years ago. I thought he might stop since he stopped drinking. Guess what? He hasn't. One more - "once a pig always a pig". You're not special, sweetie. If he's cheating on his wife with you, he'll cheat on you eventually. It's only a matter of time. |

Yes, my ex was a player. When he was in medical school
a female professor pulled me aside and said he will stump on your heart and leave you. She was right. I was nursing student and I was young and dumb. |

| False. Some people go through player phases while others live their life there. I would never try to settle down with someone who was actively in a player phase but if he was one in college or something? Meh. |
| It's testosterone fuelled. He will be a player for a while but settle down in his 40s |
| Players will be players... until a game changer comes along. |
| True, at least, from my experience. |
| What actually does it mean to be a player? Only male? or both male & female? |
| Define player. |
| Not once they reach an age where the testosterone plummets, ED kicks in, and can't take the little blue pill because of heart issues. It's amazing how my father, a player through three wives, five kids, and many decades, finally settled down. In his mid-50's. |
| There are actual fact based statistics that prove someone who cheated once is X% likely to do so again. Google it. |
Wow sexist much....I know many women players. Do you think women can’t be players? |
|
False. It may be true for many people, and it may be reasonable to default to that assumption, but “always” is a strong statement.
