The nicest rental in D.C. is the $10,215 rental/month 2 bedroom + den at 13 & U. http://13thandu.com/
If that's too much for you this person had a max of $2,200/mo budget and these are luxe recommendations as well: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/740178.page |

Say hi to Stephen Miller for us. |
| Check out The Channel, Incanto, The Woodley, and the Hepburn |
| Hepburn or The Woodley. |
| I'm also looking for a luxury 2BR 2BA apt. Would love for it to have a gym and pool. Any suggestions other than the ones listed above? |
neighborhood? do you want new built or historic (often larger)? Kennedy Warren has sauna, health club, and indoor pool. You can get a 1515 sf 2br/2.5 bath now. It costs more than $5000 a month though. |
Yeah, we need more details. Like what's wrong with the ones above then? Is it price? Then state your budget. |
I live in the same condo as him and never see him, grrrr |
It's a multi-building complex with multiple entrances and exits. Not surprised. How has sharing the apartment amenities been? Honest question. |
Thanks for the Kennedy Warren suggestion. Woodley and Hepburn are contenders. Budget is up to $6000 |
I lived at the Kennedy Warren for two years about five years ago. 2BR/2BA on the 9th floor with parking for $3,400/month. Loved it! |
| Hands down: https://westlightapts.com/ ; just opened this month. |
I had no idea there were apartments in that building. I've seen constant ads for the Westlight condos. How does it work? Apartments on one floor and condos on another?

| Two lobbies. Apartments on the east side. Condos on the west side. More or less two separate buildings that look like one. |
