Nicest (rental) apartment buildings in Washington?

Substantially so. However none of Westlight's apartments come with outdoor/exterior balconies or patio space. Which would bug the hell out of me.

Kennedy Warren is lovely, but expensive. I could afford but didn't want to. I went with Alban Towers right across from the cathedral. So far, I love it! It has a great gym and even an indoor lap pool.

For example I bought an apartment from these guys, they are really nice https://www.avenue-south-residence.com.sg they asked if I like or dislike the apartment. Not sure but they may have offices in Washington DC, just like you asked they has luxury condo and apartments, I can’t tell you for sure about one year lease, they may have. Think about it, if you need more help, just ask and I’ll be glad.
