| ASA's 02 boys just won the US Futsal Nationals for the 3rd year in a row!!! What an amazing team!! |
| Ok |
| Yay Sportsball! |
| I guess good for them! But futsal is such a weird sport. |
| Well, futsal is a good way to get good in foot skills. It's also growing in popularity. Europe has several futsal tournaments, even as part of the UEFA. |
| they’re pretty good on the futsal court. Not bad on the pitch either |
|
congrats to the "other" ASA 02 boys who won the national championship.

Wow, way to go Osman!! Although him and a good number of boys on this Arlington team were already #1 when they were with Bethesda South. |
| Congrats Alexandria! Way to go! |
I think this club is seriously on the rise. They have solid ideas and passionate coaches who think outside the box in good ways (like turning outdoor tennis courts into futsal courts through the local government). They are a club I'm keeping an eye on for my kids, but I haven't made the leap just yet. |
| Alexandria TD, Ryan Rich, was just named Executive Director of NCSL. Is he leaving Alexandria 100%? |
| I’m sure they’d be just fine if they promoted Jim Hogan or Will Hanna. |
maybe Jim Hogan. not Will Hanna. |
I heard he’ll still coach. |

Very cool:
ASA player moves cross-country to chase his dreams Jairo Guevara, ASA Academy player and recent member of our National Championship Futsal team, moved across the country to join the Portland Timber's academy. Jairo had been playing with ASA since he was 6 years old and we're extremely proud of him and excited to watch this new adventure unfold. |
