| His tweets were pretty darn disgusting. Considering the fact that he worked for Disney, and his tweets were about children, it was probably a well deserved dismissal. |
| Yeah his tweets were beyond disgusting. No one who is mentally stable would even think of it. |
| When you begin to get famous, you need to come out with a book and tell how horrible you were when you were younger, how much you've changed, what you learned, etc. Gotta get in front of the story, to make it work for you. Like Obama's self-serving blathering in Dreams of whatever, getting out front on his drug use, dog eating, useless father, etc. Obama made it work for him; Gunn, not so much. |
Too bad he was in his 40s when he tweeted. He was already old enough to know better. |
| Mike Cernovich is a professional troll and a vile human being. Not defending the tweets but I can't believe that Dsney would embolden him this way. |

Considering what he said I'm not sorry. And its not like GOTG was the top earning Marvel property anyway.
It's last. http://www.boxofficemojo.com/alltime/world/ Marvel should switch it out for Wonder Woman on its roster. |
That actually isn't a bad idea. I wish Meghan could do that but pretty sure royals can't write biographies. Though I'm sure Fergie tried more than once. |
sorry but nothing about obama's life/behavior compares to this. |
| these days there are a lot of ginned up outrages but this is frankly one of the most deserved. |
Wonder Woman isn’t a Marvel property or character. She’s not part of that universe. |

This explains it pretty well

| James Gunn did tweet disgusting things - no one did that but himself. The liberal haze around some of your heads won't allow you to see clearly. |
