It's not just that the president lists the EU first as a foe, but he seeks to convince skeptics of why it deserves that upgrade, whereas with China and Russia the energy is to contextualize for the purpose of limiting their place in the rankings.

+1 The lack of business acumen among our prior leaders led to is being the worlds piggybank. The world must have thought our prior leaders were childlike in their stupidity. No wonder they were happy. Now they are soft and weak from the spoiling. Trump will use that fact to enrich and strengthen our already tough population . |
