Is men wearing sandals feminine? What about sandals with pants?

| The former isn't terrible on or near a beach, although boat shoes or slip-on loafers are more refined. I'm always surprised by how many wives allow husbands to wear sandals out and about. And with slacks or denim jeans, no less! |

Generally not a huge fan of sandals on men because they are usually really ugly. I have seen a nice.pair here or there. And flip flops look okay too. |
