With every new thread, I understand the bitterness of all you women a little better. You all let way too many things bother you. |
I wear leather Island Slipper flops all the time. Nothing feminine about it. I am 6’4” 280 lb male, in good shape and I think they look great. So does my wife. |
I would love it if my husband wore sandals rather than constantly wearing sneakers and socks. |
I think this is a regional thing. When I lived in South Carolina most men would wear Rainbow (the brand, not color) sandals with everything, pants and shorts alike. Where I live now in PA, this would probably get a guy’s balls busted. It’s a preppy look but I don’t dislike it. |
Never heard of that brand. Looks like a flip flop to me. Is that what we're talking about???? some body really cares if a guy wears flip flops? I'm in big trouble then. |
He could really shake things up by following my brother's footwear style of those brown sandals posted above with black socks. ![]() |
I have a pair of these and others. What's the issue and who needs permission? |
LOL...if only we could. Wife gave me a pair of black leggings to wear around the house one day. Those things are comfortable but she won't let me wear them out. |
Sandals on men are not attractive.
I think flip flops on the way to the beach or pool are OK but I'm not a fan in general. Most men really don't take care of their feet so it's just a bad look. (The hairy toes get me every time) |
DW and I get pedicures every other week as start to date night. |
Short shorts must be the best for strappy sandals. The male / female combination in fashion is modern. Women wear very male Roman sandals. How about a man in female shorts and Roman sandals? It might be feminine? Kim

I like to sniff mine |
My husband would look so strange in boat shoes or loafers. Not his look at all. |
\Fisherman sandals are hideous on 16 year old female models with perfect legs. IMO Honestly though, who cares- if a guy wants to wear them its likely they aren't bringing the rest of his style down- it probably matches and its likely comfortable. Sandals are definitely more common in other countries for men, with different fashion aesthetic. Simple leather flip flops tend to be the most common option for men here. I personally don't like boat shoes on men at all |
I hate men in sandals |
