No he’s not. He cuts money from education and censors people who disagree with him. He acts like a coward when the president threatens funding for Maryland (NIH and the Chesapeake). |

No. A progressive Republican -- indeed any Republican -- would allow local boards of election to set the calendars for their own school districts, if they were ideologically consistent. |
