Oh wow, better get work done tonight so I can spend all tomorrow reading celebrity gossip about it |
+1 this couldn't come at a better time - a well needed distraction from everything else going on. |
Did Alexander Acosta return to lawyering after his exit from the Cabinet? |
Good question. He’s 51 with two young kids and I would assume still needs to work, but I found nothing that says where he went or is now. |
Honestly, I just don’t get it. What is wrong with these men that - it seems- deep down they feel so sexually inadequate that they would prefer- even at the risk of the dignity of a young person - and their own personal and professional reputations- to
Instead of engaging in one of the great pleasures of life : the art of seduction and pursuit of a beautiful woman , they would rather debase sex- and all the fun of it - for the easy kill of taking advantage of minors - girls with nothing - who are no challenge - who have been lured, entrapped and paid for I just don’t get it . How can you be POTUS or a brilliant legal mind and be such a sexual zero that you run to Jeffrey to “ take care of your needs” And how could these men- who the whole world looks up to for different reasons - be so stupid like a 7th grade boy - not to know that they were being taped, filmed and photographed It’s just sex - it’s not THAT hard to get ...and it’s supposed to be a sport for consenting adults These men should all be shunned, disbarred and laughed at by all of us forever |
“The Justice Department’s internal disciplinary arm concluded that then-U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta exhibited “poor judgment” in signing off on a generous deal for politically connected millionaire Jeffrey Epstein to resolve allegations he molested dozens of young girls but did not commit “professional misconduct,” a mild conclusion that disappointed those who say Epstein abused them and escaped justice.”

A different DOJ will likely come to a different conclusion. This is more Barr protecting his own. |
That’s reassuring to hear. Because I can’t fathom how someone can just look at a child rapist and trafficker and just shrug, “eh, not his best decision, but not punish worthy, either.” Like WTF? |
