Good luck with that.

Wait.

Manchin just cannot say yes at this point if he casts the deciding vote.

Doesn’t matter what he does if Murkowski is the only R voting No.

Nothing of the kind. She's omitted very important points, particularly that the "investigation" by the FBI was a total sham.

She didn't bother to mention that the ABA president withdrew his support of Kavanaugh.

She's cherry picking talking points. She's trying to appease her moderate voters. It won't work. She's toast in the next election.

Collins is trash

Nothing positive will come from this

How do you figure? Flake will also be a yes, and that's 50. Even without Manchin, Pence casts the breaking vote.

I think she was, either way. It's interesting to me, though, that after getting burned by McConnell the last time, that she's doing this. I get that she's a Republican, but apparently she's also powerless.

It is an intellectually dishonest speech when there are willful errors in omission.

Manchin MUST say yes if we want his seat to stay D.

We’ve lost anyway.

Agreed. And I’m a Democrat.

If she is going to vote yes, vote yes. She just crossed a line talking about sexual assault and Ford. She’s calling Ford a liar and says yelling at other people for lack of compassion.
