Anyone following this Candice Miller/Mama & Tata nightmare?

Is she? She has three kids at a school that costs $64k per kid.

Private school is the very last thing most people would cut. If she's even paying for it. It's not uncommon for grandparents to pay the tuition for tax planning purposes, even for couples who could easily afford their own children's tuition expenses.

So curious. What does she have to offer? Her body is in good shape, she has some nice clothes, she’s living in (someone else’s) very nice condo … anything else? That’s all I’ve got. Miami is surely swimming with women who are younger, more attractive, childless, and aren’t involved in a tragic scandal.

Um, maybe her value as a person?

Or her personality and charm?

Her connection with someone or sense of humor? Her fantastic body? Good mothering?

Posts like yours are so stupid. Men date women of all ages and looks and personalities and aren't robots going for every young woman with no issues or past. I know nothing about her except that she'll likely have zero trouble finding people to date her. I'm surrounded by women in their 40s and older of all different weights and looks who SOMEHOW manage to partner up all the time

Babe, there’s a reason why none of her close friends have publicly come out to defend her. She’s a terrible person.

And of course she can find someone to date her. The question is, will she find someone wealthy and socially connected who will want to marry her AND support her to the level that she desires. That one might be trickier. No idea who the boyfriend is but I am not surprised she moved on as quickly as possible. She’s never had to take care of herself.

The good mothering part is amusing. The nannies raised her kids. They were props for photos. Even a lot of the pics she posted of their various activities were taken by nannies and instructors, not her, because she usually wasn’t there.

This has to be a joke.

I’m gonna have to go Frasier & the Cornell University microscope on this whole topic.

Same.

Separately I was surprised that Von Furstenburg offered to let her stay in the $10M Miami condo, apparently for free. It is a big gift, and all the living large caused the problems.

And I am surprised she accepted the free stay in the $10M Miami condo, as this is a significant gift from friends and it may also require other spending to keep up that lifestyle, all which contributed to the original problems.

I also think she could have tax implications for this if she’s the only one (with her kids) living in it. She should count the rental value of it as a gift.
She clearly wants to slide right back into the flashy Miami lifestyle she had when she was there during Covid. She’s still not putting the kids first. I give her 6 months until she’s dating someone wealthy. She should have moved in with her parents or sister for the school year and regrouped.

Pretty disgusting of her to make her children switch schools immediately after their father died. Change is so hard for little kids.

Riverdale the kids current school costs 66K a year.
Private school in Miami is closer to 35-45K

Still too expensive…

Have you ever heard of public school? It's free.

+1 Public school, modest home, shop at Target, drive a 15 year old car, etc. Plenty of folks do it.

Not grifters like her. And they always win. Life is fundamentally unfair and this woman proves it.

Idk if she's winning at anything right now. She is probably stressed and miserable. Everyone is suing her, she has no money, and her little girls must be devastated.

I’m sure. She went from living a billionaires lifestyle, and at the end swindling friends, to being at the mercy of others for money and losing all control of her life, lifestyle and finances.

Apparently Emily Gellis is talking about her? And confirmed she has a boyfriend? Anyone got an update?

A faux billionaires life style. Did she think it was gonna last forever?

One could also say her next husband should walk a straighter line in his career and set expectations about household spending. I don't think Candice was totally innocent in all of this, but it's so predictable to see everyone vilifying her even though her late husband was the one making most of the transactions...

And sorry she's not ugly.

She would have to be of very low intelligence to think that she should be spending that much money-- and actually OTHER people's money. So take your pick-- low IQ or dishonest

Or a combo.
