I've been working out for the last 8 months, eating much healthier and have lost about 20 pounds. I'm now 187 (I'm 5'11") and I've dropped a couple of inches from my waist, and overall I look and feel great.
I do HIIT 4-5 times a week, hit about 12,000+ steps/day. i was lifting for a while but I badly strained an arm muscle and have stopped the weights for a couple of weeks. While I'm still pushing towards reaching my goal (183 by July 4th), I can't seem to lose the love handles. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
