Anyone use the AT&T day pass for a short trip to Europe? Anyone experience any surprise fees, etc?

Many friends have used it with no problems- no surprise fees or anything. It does become quite pricey after a few days. Generally cheaper to pick up a local prepaid SIM, if you have an unlocked phone and are willing to spend a bit of time researching how to do it. In most of Europe you can pick up a SIM with 3-5 GB of data for 20-30 euros. More than enough for the basics of a 2 week trip.

I've done it. Worked great for a short trip.

It doesn't cover you if you're on a boat/cruise.
