I have heard that some gym daycare workers change diapers, while at others parents are paged to change the diapers.
What occurs at your gym? |
Do you not want to change your child's diaper? |
I am taking a job in a new gym childcare that is setting rules / policies before opening. |
I've used three gyms (different chains) and gym day care. None do this. It's a licensing issue. |
Really? How so? This is OP and I am not sure what you mean (not being snarky). Thanks. |
They call me to come change the baby. |
Parents should change the diapers. No question, imo. |
Babies and toddlers shouldn't have their (often poopy) diapers changed by a complete stranger. |
My gym changes diapers |
The jcc which has a daycare on site changes them
Our fancy gym does not |
Our YMCA in Texas did. |
Across all three gyms where I’ve used childcare, none changed diapers. |
My gym paged me to come change a diaper when my kids were that age. |
My gym does not (Lifetime Fitness). It was actually one of the major reasons I signed my babies up for childcare there. I do not want a drop in center like that changing my kids diapers. I am fine with it at nursery school when they have the same consistent care givers. |
They DO NOT have a license that allows their workers to change diapers. Daycares do.. it is probably much more expensive to maintain a license that allows it. What do you not understand about this? |
