We know a kids admitted to Harvard on Monday. It's really not over. |
It's "full" for most kids but they definitely kept some kids alive. Personally I think it's much better to be rejected from the waitlist early. My kid made it through several rounds of waitlist cuts at 2 top20 schools last summer only to be cut in late July in the end. That wasn't great. They remained committed to another top20 all along but the stupid uncertainty of other potential options messed with the head of an 18 year old. |
| CMU sent an email today stating their waitlist process has concluded for Fall of 2026. I’m glad that door can close officially vs hanging on all summer. |
| Dartmouth and Emory are closed. WashU still moving |
| UVA closed? |
I read somewhere that a kid was notified that UVA's wait-list is closed. |
| Dartmouth closed |
| wow. Dartmouth did not go to the waitlist last year or this year. |
Rejected Harvard tonight
|
| Any word on Duke closing? My kid's portal still looks exactly the same. |
How do you know? |
| UPenn/ Cornel intake is almost double/triple that of typical T20 schools. Ridiculous! |
Common data set shows zero admitted off waitlist last year. Email states they did not go to the waitlist this year. |
| Anyone hear from GT? |
Seems quiet. |
