Trump keeps mixing up Biden and Obama. He even said he’s running against a black man. The Harris/Biden slip is minimal.
We have two geezers on the ballot. We have to pick the one who’s most fit for office, which pisses me off. I’m still going to vote because Trump is more dangerous to our rights and government institutions. |
| More lies... Biden, who has the lowest approval rating of any president in modern U.S. history, falsely claims "at least five presidents" had lower "numbers" than he does. |
That's an absolute lie. Hur ABSOLUTELY DID NOT say Biden wasn't prosecuted "because he was senile." The law requires a demonstration of INTENT. That someone knowingly and willfully took or concealed documents. I think there was a grand total of just 26 classified pages found in some 1800 boxes that were scoured, between Penn Biden center, Biden's home and elsewhere, which is HARDLY "strewn everywhere" as someone falsely claimed. And ALL of the classified documents directly related to legitimate work Biden actually did. Now compare that to ENTIRE BANKERS BOXES of classified materials stacked up everywhere at Mar A Lago, on things that Trump may have been authorized to see, but which he had NO legitimate business even looking at, for example top secret lists of foreign intelligence assets, confidential informants, US spies abroad and so on. Trump had to go out of his way to obtain those documents because they would not have been part of his routine work. Trump had NO LEGITIMATE BUSINESS knowing their names and covers. And unlike Biden, Trump LIED about the documents, he OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE, he TRIED TO IGNORE A SUBPOENA and then TRIED TO MOVE and HIDE the documents from FBI and LIED AGAIN to the FBI about it AFTER the subpoena, he engaged in CONSPIRACY using staff like Walt Nauta to help him in his attempt to lie and hide the documents, REPEATEDLY showing knowing and willful intent to hide and conceal the documents. The two cases are NOT the same. Not even remotely. Stop lying about it. Trump is a criminal who knowingly and willfully stole classified documents, lied about it, and tried to keep them for himself. |

BIDEN last night: "Overall prices fell last month."
FACT: Overall prices are up 20.1% since Biden took office as inflation remains above 3% for the 39th straight month. |
Oh, you again? I thought you had quit with your out-of-context misleading FACTs. |
Wrong. NBC news: Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but said in a report released Thursday that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that part of the reason he wouldn't charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an "elderly man with a poor memory" who would be sympathetic to a jury... Hur’s report included several shocking lines about Biden’s memory, which the report said “was significantly limited” during his 2023 interviews with the special counsel. Biden’s age and presentation would make it more difficult to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that the now-81-year-old was guilty of willfully committing a crime. |
Ad hominem attack. Stick to data. |

| That military thread has some of the most disgraceful posts I’ve ever seen on DCUM. The condemnation of our soldiers by posters was disgraceful. |
Posts by anonymous randos on a board populated by trolls, most of whom pretend to be something or someone they aren't, is indicative of absolutely nothing about anything. The subject at hand is Biden's press conference. |
Why wasn't Pence prosecuted? A: Intent matters. Classified papers were mixed in with non-classified personal documents. It happens to those in the executive branch. |
What part of Biden was too senile to prosecute is confusing you? |
EXACTLY. The law CLEARLY specifies that the person KNOWINGLY and WILLFULLY took or concealed documents. That was proven in Trump's case, by Trump refusing to cooperate, by obstructing justice, by lying about the documents, by refusing to comply with a subpoena resulting in a raid, by trying to hide the documents after they were subpoenaed, by entering a conspiracy by trying to get others to help you hide the documents and lie about them. All of those actions are extremely significant and clearly demonstrate he was knowingly and willfully trying to take, keep and conceal classified documents. Neither Pence nor Biden did any of those things. |
None. Because Hur knew he didn't have a case and he speculated on one defense Biden could try to use. The law states that intent matters - that's another defense Biden's lawyers could employ. A half-decent attorney could poke a bunch of different holes in such a prosecution. And again - why wasn't Pence prosecuted? |

When you look at the polls, it’s scary. I don’t think Biden’s team is telling him the entire truth about how much trouble he is in.
Virginia the polls are tied, and this was pre-debate! NJ wher Biden own by 15 percent, Trump is up. NJ!!!! And NY Trump is only behind by 7 points. Even if the polls were off 4-5% points, no way should these states be in play for Trump. I see Trump getting over 300 EV at this point. Biden does not see that he should step aside asap. |
