Well, let's see how he does! Good news is, it's before his 8pm threshold. |
This presser will be make or break, IMO. |
My prediction: it will be mediocre, neither as horrible as the debate nor excellent to let doubts rest. So the agony will continue. |
Somehow they think it’s cute? |
Ugh, he should go already. The longer he stays, the more humiliating this becomes. |
+1 It’s embarrassing! |
Here's my theory: When Biden took office, his staff really believed they were saving the country after Trump's mess. This got to their heads and they started to get increasingly insular thinking they know best. After all, the last guy really screwed things up, right? The result is a lack of self-critical reflection and these kinds of screw ups. |

The entire world is watching the American president being congratulated for answering questions and being called a big boy by his staff.
We are a joke with a wandering, senile punchline. |
It's going to be interesting to see how they try to control all the questions.... |
He already has the questions, his staff is rehearsing answers with him. A radio station just fired an on air employee for admitting the Biden campaign gave the station the questions to ask Biden ahead of time. |
I hope the foreign media at least has the guts to not play this Stalinesque charade. |
This is just spin. They were using the language used to attack Biden. Context matters.
“Kirby’s tongue-in-cheek reference was actually a callback to an exchange last week between Jean-Pierre and Bloomberg journalist Justin Sink, who had asked her about the White House’s alleged strategy of shielding the president from “impromptu” settings in light of his disastrous presidential debate performance. The press secretary had denied that Biden had anything to hide regarding his competence for office and duly promised a “solo” press conference from the president, which prompted Sink to ask for more specifics: “Is that gonna be kind of the real, big boy press conference that we’re used to or…” |
Deadpan face. Sure. Just like the parkinson's expert visiting the WH? Got it. |
