"clean eating" + exercise, by far.
I've lost and maintained a 50+ weightloss for 5 years, by incorporating regular exercise, and cooking more - eating out less. Heavily plant based and tons of wholesome carbohydrates. Indulgences here and there, without guilt or setbacks. I just can't buy into the idea that lots of meat and cheese is in any way healthy, though I know some people have success with rapid weightloss w/keto (many gain it back). Mostly "clean eating" and mostly plant based, and working out 3-5x a week, helped me lose weight slowly, steadily, sustainably, and successfully maintained. |
| Keto for last few pounds, to get more lean for summer. Still trying to find what works best long term, I think it’s a mix of learning to listen to your body, portion control, and not depriving yourself. |

With a vengeance. |
