Were many IB kids waitlisted for PK3/4?

I know one neighbor who was waitlisted for PK3 (no sib), so just curious about the length of the IB waitlist this year. I recall last year it was in the teens despite the second class being added. We are a few years ahead, but just curious.

I hope no one got waitlisted for PK4, because I know someone who got in for PK4 with no sibling and is OOB.

OP here. Last year, I think there were two IB kids initially on the PK4 waitlist. I'm a little surprised that an OOB w/no sibling matched, but I guess it's possible.

I know of a neighbor (IB) without a sibling that is waitlisted higher than #5. I think last year (2017-2018), an IB family without sibling got in off WL during first week of school and was #2 on WL.

I am PP, I was mistaken, the OOB that got in Sheperd is in 2nd grade not PK4.

Maybe PP is on WL for Shepherd and you’re on WL to Shephard.

Does anyone know if any non sibling PK3 got in? How many IB got waitlisted? I’m really nervous for next year as it seems like they’re a lot of 2 year olds in the neighborhood.

We are IB and last year were #12 on the WL with no sibling for PK3, this year we are again waitlisted for PK4 at #5

Wow, I'm surprised it's gotten that full. I suspect that you will get in for PK4 by the time school starts or shortly thereafter - there's usually enough shuffle.
