Agreed with PP that these Me Camp encounters are either 1- made up like Mary Kay, or 2- greatly exaggerated. Like, maybe the "people" who ,"toasted the creator of Me Camp", did so somewhat sarcastically and Jen spun it hard in a positive direction. And maybe those people don't actually exist. Me Camp always comes across as Fantasy Land for Narcissists and just seems to get more ridiculous every year.

The me camp town doesn’t look that cute. Just a basic small town with a Main Street and a river, not remotely magical or particularly quaint. And not pretty. And the one shot of her church rental house looks unappealing.

Bar Harbor ME and the place she went in MN are true summer destinations, but is New Hope PA?

I’m super friendly and travel a lot. My brother in law is even friendlier. Makes friends everywhere he goes. We all travel a lot and have never ever ever had the experiences she’s claiming to have had repeatedly on these me camps.

I’m guessing her publicist is doing a ton of groundwork before she goes setting up opportunities for her at these towns and at restaurants and shops. Trading on the publicity for staged invitations.

Having met Jen in real life she’s not that magical or charismatic. She’s friendly but not the person you meet and think gosh let’s invite her to family dinner or “I just met my new best friend.” I thought someone posted (maybe on Reddit) after the first me camp that they were in that town and Jen was making shit up and the people at one of the stores she played up said they met her for 5 min? Does anyone remember that post???

These events are if not made up, seriously contrived.

Those pictures look like any random town off the highway. I’m not saying that the ordinary can’t be extraordinary but she just makes up and embellishes things without any ounce of shame. The close friends I could believe but with the boyfriend, she’s gaslighting us. This trip is a joke.

I used to imagine that Jen in real life must have some natural charisma to build up such a strong network of friends and family. Now, like many of you, I don’t believe in the quality of those relationships and I think Jen is someone who people stick to because she’s obnoxious and overbearing. She holds power. The insta rich lifestyle may seem lame to many of us but I wouldn’t be surprised if she dangles fairly basic but alluring treats to keep people bowing to her. Concert tickets here, rooms comped there, etc. Just the cred of being on the inner circle of a “celeb” can be incredibly intoxicating.

I also travel a lot and have made a ton of “vacay besties”. I’m definitely no social butterfly either. So I understand that these encounters could likely happen but again, the way she proudly turns everything into Hallmark chic is nauseating. No Jen, I don’t believe you’ve been magically transported to Virgin River for this Me Camp. The majority of these invites and promises from vacay besties never materialize either.

Sarah Bessey is crazy skinny! Looks like a different person. Every time she makes an interesting post I try to get on her newsletter/blog and read, only to be reminded that there's a payroll on literally every article now

To the person above me, I can't believe Jen's skin could look like that because of Med Spa treatments. I thought those things were supposed to make skin look better not worse!!

The last story she told today, about the man she was sitting next to at the bar…it felt like she wanted Tyler to be jealous. She kept acting all coy and smiling like there was more to the story, even though we know there wasn’t, and we know Tyler does not care. Cause he’s gettin it in in Nashville hun.

I watched that story and saw the part where he allegedly asked why she had so many followers. So I looked them up on IG. Saw she has 566k. Thought she used to have close to 750k or 850k. So apparently, people are leaving in droves.
