| I finally did my first round of handstand push ups, albeit against a wall. I am proud of myself. What about yours? |
| You know, for ages I was chasing an under-20:00 5K time. I worked for a long time at it. I finally did it and I was like, “that’s that. What next?” I didn’t cry or celebrate, lol. So I don’t usually set a very set-in-stone goal. I race a lot throughout the year so I usually just have a time in mind that I’d be happy with for that race and try to get it. It keeps me training yearlong, so it satisfies my need for exercise and to stay in shape, minus the frustration of not meeting a big goal, or conversely, always having to set a new goal. I know this sounds weird as I type it but it’s just how I am! |
That’s pretty impressive! |
Awesome. Mine is just not to die during the WOD. Seriously I’d like to do a push up and a pull up. |
| I've had the same goal of being able to do one pull-up for the past five plus years. |
|
You guys are awesome!
I also want to do a pull-up, but that sh!t is hard. I use to never be able to do a single push up, but at least I can crank out a good dozen pretty easily now. I also did a straight 5 minute plank recently. I still can't believe I did that! |
| I did unassisted pistol squats the other day and 18 pull ups yesterday. Feels good! |
