It's so weird to wear an obvious knock off of a fairly famous dress and invite comparisons but then do it... badly.

Like she could easily have had a dress that was inspired by the Grace Kelly dress (designed by Edith Head, as were all the costumes in that movie -- iconic) but not a copy of it, and had it customized for her. Maybe with similar pleating/draping on the bodice but with a slightly different silhouette or doing cap sleeves instead of the cape. Anything to set it apart and make it more inspired by instead of a copy of.

It's also just a weird move at your sister's wedding (though I suppose Tiffany probably signed off on it or even it was her idea). It's just weird.

Tiffany definitely got a chin and maybe cheek implants - she looks great though.

Not according to Wikipedia. Donald was never a billionaire and really hasn't earned much in his life. His only income came from the TV show and selling the use of his name to put on buildings built by other developers. His resorts continually lose money as he lives off his father's money.
