I am so confused by why Joe Alwyn is seen as some Pultizer Prize winning intellect or artist. He is a D list actor who did not have the self-confidence to maturely manage his girlfriend's success and fame. He also allegedly struggles from mental health issues.

Not in terms of looks (I will say though Joe exemplifies "dreamy" like no other man) but definitely in terms of intellect. She can do so much better but I think she has realized that it's hard to find someone who can align with her lifestyle so she decided to settle.

DP. It took an entire Swift industry to change his looks, but he got what he wanted out of this relationship. A major reset and boost in fame. Though, it's a lot of investment for someone who'll be an NFL commentator in the end (no shame! Great job for retired players!) once he and Taylor are done..

I'm not dragging him or rooting against him. I just don't understand why he's almost always assumed as more intellectual and creative than Travis Kelce. What is the evidence? He's not really distinguished himself in acting or fashion. I agree that he's pretty but he might also be pretty dumb.
