I eat very little meat, but love eggs. I sometimes have two for breakfast, and lately have been having that almost every day. I feel like that's probably too much, but keep doing it.
Like I said, I eat very little meat. I can't eat gluten or dairy due to digestive issues and allergies. I'm not overweight. My "bad" cholesterol is borderline, but my "good" cholesterol is pretty high. I only buy farmers' market eggs, which I have read generally have a better nutritional profile than factory eggs. |
| Eggs seem to be making a comeback as a nutritious choice after being bashed for cholesterol. Weight Watchers now allows you to eat the whole egg for zero points. I eat at least two a day and my cholesterol is good, even though I'm overweight. So, I say keep doing what you're doing. |
| Nothing wrong with two whole eggs a day. |
| I love eggs, but don't eat them every day because I have borderline high cholesterol (thanks, family!). |
| I eat 2 boiled eggs a day as a 2-3:00 snack. It gives me the protein I need and curbs my hunger so I dont binge snack while I am making dinner |

From the Cleveland Clinic, citing others:
"many researchers and physicians now believe that eating cholesterol-rich foods such as eggs may not affect the cholesterol that is in your blood." https://health.clevelandclinic.org/why-you-should-no-longer-worry-about-cholesterol-in-food/ |

| My position on eggs is that I support them 100%. |
| They are super delicious! I also eat 1-2 per day. |

2 every day
3 once in a while |
| I make a dozen scotch eggs every Sunday and eat them throughout the week for lunch or dinner. |
| I eat them nearly every day. Love eggs. |
|
I eat a three-egg omelette with cheese and a bit of caviar almost every day.
I'm in great health and run almost every day. I do believe eggs are good for you. I eat and enjoy the yolks (white omelettes just leave me feeling unsatisfied). |
| The science has changed as a PP noted. I eat 2/day. |
