DP. Now look at life expectancy and other quality of life metrics in Mississippi and compare it to that of the UK, Portgual, and Spain. Hint, Mississippi is a lot lower.

If I could easily move out of the US, I would at this point. Quality of life is higher elsewhere, and the only people who want to move to the US at this point are from worse countries than this one.
