I have the same problem typing on my phone, dear. |
The man was apparently shot in the back. How is that self defense. |
medpage today (excerpt)
No, it's not about training, except possibly for the fact that ICE/CBP have probably never been trained AT ALL in interacting with the general civilian population. |

Why are Republicans, of all people, ok with a man being murdered for exercising his first and second amendment rights? He was nog aggressive, attempting to help someone, and never brandished his gun.
He was literally murdered by government agents for exercising his constitutional rights. |
MAGA at this point is willing to kill anyone who isn't part of their cult. |
| Both nursing and medicine reddits are blowing up. Healthcare workers are ANGRY! |
|
This was murder.
ICE needs to be held accountable. They need to pay. |
I’ve thought about this, and I’ve thought about how I can’t believe it has come to this, but going up against the military? I can’t see being successful in that defense. |
Tell that to Alex Pretti. Or right, the government murdered him just like he would have been murdered in one of those regimes. Again, what the difference. Three is too many. There will be more. |
No decent human can watch it and think it’s remotely acceptable. |
The problem with blocking DHS funding is that it's tied to funding for a lot of other funding, so they can't vote on it separately. The other issue is that this White House doesn't care about funding the government. It simply moves funding around for the things it wants to fund and that allows Trump to amass even more power. We are truly between a rock and a hard place. |
| Wow! First a Mom and then almost gassed an infant to death. No one cared about those so they shoot an ICU Nurse who worked for the VA? That is like shooting an angel from god. Still no one cares. It is like Sandy Hook. That white man gunned down all those cute little kids in a quiet rich white town and killed teachers too. People said t&p and went on with life. I feel like enough is enough. How much blood must be shed more this country to care? |
|
ICU nurses restrain patients every day without emptying a clip into them. So do ER nurses and hospital security across the country in hospitals who don't have metal detectors and don't know if a patient is armed.
